Pull Ups and then tabata
Endomondo Doing weight training Workout

A few days ago added regular pull up
s to do, however I am doing them with extra weight being held by my feet/ankles.
Today I did 3 sets of pull ups with 30 lbs added and then did the lean back pull done tabata protocol
nice quick
workout at home
