300 Home Workout

Decided to try the 300 workout for a change. It is important to vary the workout that you so as to
force your body to adapt to the new stresses placed upon it.

The workout consists of 300 reps divided amount a variety of exercises. The goal is the complete
the reps / circuit. It does not matter the number of sets needed. Just keep track of how long it takes to
complete it and try to better that time the next time the 300 workout is done.
