First happy Thanksgiving. With the day being consumed with family activities and consuming delicious food often the exercise portion of the day can get pushed aside. If you want or need a quick exercise then drop down and do a few pushups. If you have a pull up bar then do a few of those. Do something.
If you have a timer do a Tabata workout that will not only give you a workout but the HIIT (high intensity interval training) boosts your metabolism for a long period of time.
SO...do a workout and eat without worries.
